This project is an AI-based educational chatbot designed to assist ENSEM students by answering questions and reducing the workload on the academic support team.

Built with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a TensorFlow-based model, it uses JSON-based intent files to understand and respond to user queries. The chatbot is integrated with a simple Flask web interface for real-time interactions.
